Tests before surgery

The following tests are required before surgery under local anaesthetic:

  • blood count
  • blood clotting: APTT, prothrombin ratio (PR), INR, PT
  • glucose level in blood serum



Surgery under general anesthetic requires the following tests:

  • blood count
  • blood clotting: APTT, prothrombin ratio (PR), INR, PT
  • levels of electrolytes
  • glucose level in blood serum
  • blood type
  • ECG with a description



In case of breast surgery, current breast ultrasonography test with a description is required.

For women patients, the term of operation cannot fall on the time of menstruation. A patient might be asked to undergo additional tests at the surgeon’s request. 

Potwierdzenie operacji

Najpóżniej 2 miesiące przed wyznaczonym terminem operacji plastycznej obowiązuje wpłata 10 % zaliczki (od umówionej ceny zabiegu). Brak wpłaty oznacza rezygnację pacjenta z terminu operacji. W przypadku nieuzasadnionej rezygnacji w terminie krótszym niż 3 tygodnie przed operacją plastyczną, zaliczka nie podlega zwrotowi. Uzasadnione rezygnacje to te ,które poparte są np. zwolnieniem lekarskim itp. Rezygnację należy złożyć osobiście, telefonicznie lub pocztą elektroniczną na adres latkowski@chp.pl.? Wiadomości sms-owe nie są przyjętą przez nas formą rezygnacji.
